Founding Attorney Ellen Sprovach has been BOARD CERTIFIED in Employment and Labor Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2004. Ellen handles all areas of employment law for Texas and/or Federal Employees, including matters involving:

For over the past two decades, Ellen’s practice has been solely focused on representing employees in employment litigation in Federal and state courts, administrative proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB) as well as Federal Courts of Appeal and the Texas Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.  Ellen has specific experience with:

In the course of her practice, Ellen has zealously represented hundreds and hundreds of mistreated employees, including successfully through trial. Prior to founding her own employee law firm, Ellen served as Managing Attorney and, prior to that, Partner. In law school, Ellen earned a position on the Editorial Board of Law Review and Moot Court.
